1. Service Agreement

By engaging BROSMEDIAWORKS for Website Development, Brand Identity, Video Editing, or Digital Marketing, you agree to the scope of work outlined in your custom proposal or selected package.

2. Intellectual Property

All deliverables including code, logo assets, video edits, and branding materials become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment clearance.

3. Payment & Revisions

Projects require an upfront deposit as specified in the invoice. Revisions are provided within the agreed scope. Additional out-of-scope feature requests will be billed accordingly.
